Twin Peaks Opens in Cool Springs

Twin Peaks towers over your average sports themed dining venue. Nestled in the old Smokey Bones location in Cool Springs, this mountain cabin is a breath fresh air. From the plush and rugged furniture to the lovely and attentive staff this restaurant is all about service.

Unlike many “sports bars” Twin Peaks brings a “scratch” kitchen into the mix, run by Chef Lex Berlin. They have 24 taps pouring 29 degree beer and two proprietary beers, the Dirty blonde similar to a Blue Moon and the Knotty Brunette an Amber Bock style. From the fresh and tangy pickle chips to the Meatloaf or Chipotle Chicken you will pat yourself on the back for finding the best comfort food in Cool Springs.

Don and Chris from A Head for Profits enjoyed dinner and a brew after helping install the Yazoo taps at Twin Peaks. “This may be the best chicken I have ever had,” exclaimed Don Else after taking a bite of the Chipotle Chicken. “It is beautifully grilled and wonderfully spicy.”

To date the establishment has created 80 jobs and intends to take that number up to 120 as business increases. They have plans to build-out the outdoor patio and install televisions there as well. This gives a refuge for smokers as the inside of the cabin is non-smoking.

This venue is designed for the guys, but everyone can find a reason to spend time at Twin Peaks. Training Director Lexi Burns explained the secret to the fabulous service, “It is PEAKS service, playful, energetic, attentive, knowledgeable and sexy.” I would personally add professional, detail oriented and fast to terms that describe an experience at Cool Springs Twin Peaks.
The drinks were to the table in seconds and the food out in minutes. A total of 46 televisions display your favorite sports and you can easily view from every seat in the house. All major games will be televised and pumped through the state of the art stereo system. Look for the Predators on screen this week.

Open to the public on May 1st at 4 PM.
