Mellow Mushroom, located on the square in Historic Downtown Franklin, is bringing some fresh new choices to the menu.
The Tidal Wave: All natural grilled chicken hoagie seasoned with Sweet Thai Sauce. Top that with grilled onions and mushrooms, fresh steamed broccoli, tomatoes, and Provolone cheese, finished with a drizzle of Balsamic. We got a sneak eat of this and it was oh so good!
Quirky Turkey Club Pie: Olive and garlic oil base pizza with Applewood Smoked Bacon, Turkey, caramelized onions, fresh spinach, Mozzarella and Parmesan Cheese, finished with sliced organic apples and a swirk of Honey Mustard.This may be a new Williamson Source favorite.
Slow Ridun’ Chicken Salad: Grilled all-natural chicken chopped and blended with finely diced jalapenos, caramelized pecans, organic apples and mayo served on garlic toast points. This item was our absolute favorite! Light chicken salad with a small kick. We hope they put it on a hoagie soon!
Blueberry Vodka Mojito : Just in time for Spring! Fresh blueberries, mint and lime, muddled with simple syrup, shaken with American Harvest organic vodka and guava nectar finished with a splash of soda.
Also new to the menu is The Pom Pom, Cucumber Melon Cooler, and Chicken Cordon Bleu Calzone. Williamson Source will be doing a video on the new Bloody Mary menu this afternoon. Stop by and say hi and try one of the new menu items!
