After two straight blowout wins, the tables turned for Father Ryan.
McCallie (1-2, 1-0 DII-AA) came to town and with the running of Shawn McColley and Robert Riddle beat the Fighting Irish 41-7 Friday night.

Father Ryan (2-1, 0-1 DII-AA) held McCallie in check for the first quarter, but 21-striaght points in the second began to put the game out of reach.
Blue Tornado quarterback Riddle ran in two touchdowns and threw another during that stretch.
McColley, who rushed for 136 yards on 8 carries and a touchdown also scored on a pass; Riddle passed for two touchdowns in addition to his two on the ground.
Father Ryan cut the lead to 21-7 early in the third on a Zach Pfeifer quarterback keeper. Pfeifer finished 5-12 for 59 yards and an interception. He also led the Fighting Irish in rushing, gaining 55 yards and a touchdown on 15 carries.
Next week Father Ryan faces another Division II-AA opponent in Pope John Paul II.
