A second Dunkin’ Donuts has been proposed for the Spring Hill area.
On Monday night at the Municipal Planning Commission’s work session, planners discussed a proposed Dunkin’ Donuts on Port Royal Road. A Dunkin’ Donuts currently sits at 2098 Wall St.
Located on the west side of Port Royal, beside Kroger, the plans submitted by design firm Anderson, Delk, Epps and Associates shows a 1,850-square foot drive-thru restaurant in the Reserve commercial subdivision.
The property is zoned B-4, Central Business District, and contains approximately .59 acres.
Planning staff members recommended approval given the developer build a sidewalk along Port Royal Road in front of the proposed restaurant.
Plans show 10 full parking spots on the property, with some of Krogers’ to be used also for overflow.
