Franklin Police and Crime Stoppers are offering a cash reward for information leading to the identification and arrest of these women, wanted for using stolen credit cards at the Cool Springs Target. On 02/11/2016, the victim’s wallet was stolen from her purse while visiting an area restaurant.
Immediately following the theft, the suspects used her stolen credit cards to fraudulently purchase nearly $3,000 in merchandise. The women left in the vehicle picture here.
