Blackberry Farm Spring Saison: Like all the other variations of Saisons Blackberry Farm put out, there just isn’t much to critique here. An absolutely splendid brew. Maybe a slight notch down from the Classic and Summer varieties, but those are almost perfect, so it’s hard to complain!!! This beer has a slight tartness as well are tastes of orange and coriander. Floor-malted wheat give this beer its creamy mouthfeel and hazy color.
