5 Things to Know About the New Holiday Inn Express Spring Hill

We stopped by to see the newly opened Holiday Inn Express in Spring Hill, located at 3003 Longford Drive.

While we were there, we spoke to President of RSB Hospitality Raj Idnauni to learn more about this new location.

Here are five things you need to know about the new Holiday Inn in Spring Hill

1. State of the Art Facility
The Holiday Inn Express is a state-of-the-art facility offering high-speed internet for guests. In each guest room, you can access Google Chromecast, sleep on a Beautyrest bed, and you will always be comfortable in your room with the heating and cooling system set to only function between the temperatures of 60-80 degrees.

2. Location, Location, Location
The location of the hotel was carefully planned out. The four-story, 78-room hotel is situated close to several restaurants all within walking distances but far enough away from the interstate to provide peace for guest.

3.Amenities
There are loads of amenities. As you can see in our video, Holiday Inn Express offers free breakfast from 6 a – 10 a. Free coffee is available 24-hours a day. Guests can use a state-of-the-art workout facility complete with free weights. You can also enjoy an indoor pool which is heated to 80 degrees year-round.

4.You can always be connected.
Every two rooms are equipped with high-speed internet. In the lobby of the hotel, each table has USB ports available, and for those who have the latest technology you can simply place your phone on the table, and it will charge automatically.

5. Design
Idnani, who was at one point a structural engineer for NASA, played a part in the design ensuring every small detail was planned from the seven-inch concrete walls to the LED lights which project an “X” in the hallways, it’s part of the Formula Blue concept.
