Duplex Road
In the beginning of April, the Tennessee Department of Transportation released its three-year plan. In it was money to fund the extension of Duplex Road, almost all the way to Interstate 65.
This and another potential project on Buckner Road are the two main road projects going on in Spring Hill. There are rumors in the offing that Saturn Parkway will be extended northeast, but the Duplex Road project is happening very soon.
Duplex Road, in Maury, as well as Williamson, County will be widened from US 31 (SR-6/Main Street) in Spring Hill to near I-65. The project is budged for construction in 2017 and spans 3.3 miles.
