The Ravenwood Raptors were eliminated from the Region 6-AAA soccer tournament with Monday’s 4-3 loss to Antioch in overtime.
The Raptors, who had been to the state tournament the previous two seasons, fell short and ended their season with a 7-3-3 mark.
Ravenwood got a pair of goals from Baker Lockhart after Blake Sams had had scored the Raptors first two goals. But Ravenwood could not hold the 3-2 edge, giving up the tying goal in the 47th minute.
It took 10 minutes of overtime before the Bears nailed the game-winning shot that eliminated the Raptors from tournament play.
