The first phase of one of the biggest commercial real estate projects in Williamson County – McEwen Northside – has full financing thanks to a recent $78 million loan from Northwestern Mutual, reports Nashville Business Journal.
“Overall, the planned $270 million development could include as much as 750,000 square feet of office space, more than 100,000 square feet of restaurants and retail, a 150-room hotel and 580 apartments,” reports Nashville Business Journal.
The majority of the apartments and about 25% of the office space are part of the first phase of construction.
