Levi Hummon
Native Nashvillian, Levi Hummon released his self titled EP this week. Hummons also co-wrote Steven Tyler’s song “Red,White,and Blue.” He sets out to tour for his EP in San Francisco, San Diego, and Los Angeles. Lady Antebellum’s Hillary Scott just announced on Friday a gospel album, Love Remains. It’s a family affair with co-writes with mother Linda Davis and father Lang Scott. See the video below where Hillary talks more about the album.
Dallas Davidson
Songwriter now turned performer, Dallas Davidson just released some of his own music. On social media he released his new song,’Laid Back’ featuring Maggie Rose, Mannie Fresh,and Big Boi. Davidson is part of the Peach Pickers who recently joined Luke Bryan in his latest single, Huntin’ Fishin’ and Lovin’ Everyday.
Josh KelleyReleasing his latest album on Friday, New Lane Road, is his first album in five years. New Lane Road is an extremely personal project, reflecting on his marriage, family and home he and actress wife Katherine Heigl built for themselves and their two children in rural Utah.
“I think this is definitely the most honest album I’ve ever done,” Kelley says of the project. “I’m finally at a place that I have compiled enough experiences in traveling to actually have some real substance to write about. It’s all about the land that we live on now. My family and I live out in Utah out in the middle of nowhere. Conceptually, the whole album is rooted in that place.”
