Community Outreach Ministries and Belvedere Commons Partner To Help Local Caregivers

One of the hardest jobs are those in the caregiving field, which is why Community Outreach Ministries (COM) and Belvedere Commons of Franklin is offering the caregivers in our community a moment to “Breathe.”

COM and Belvedere Commons of Franklin have announced a partnership to assist caregivers in our community. They will be offering monthly sessions for caregivers called “Breathe”. “Breathe” sessions will be offered the first Monday night of each month, from 6pm -7pm at the Belvedere Commons Assisted Living dining room at 303 S. Royal Oaks Blvd. in Franklin. These sessions will be led by Corky French, founder and senior minister of COM.

“Breathe” is an opportunity for caregivers to gather in a “safe” environment to discuss caregiving’s impact on their lives, discuss struggles, laugh, and receive hope for the days ahead. Where most groups for caregivers are educational and informational, “Breathe” is much more than that. It is relational and inspirational. It also serves as a conduit for help, support and resources. It is a time for caregivers to “Breathe”.

Anyone in the community is invited to attend. For more information, contact Corky French at the COM office at (615)-260-1076.
