Rita’s Ice Holds Grand Opening in Nolensville

Rita's Nolensville

Rita’s Ice, the largest Italian Ice concept with over 600 stores nationwide, has recently opened a location in Nolensville, a first for Williamson County.

The concept was created in 1984 in Philadelphia by Bob Tumolo, a former Philadelphia firefighter, who started selling Italian Ice from a small porch window in Bensalem, Pennsylvania and named the business after his wife – Rita.

All of the ice is made fresh daily at each and every location. To ensure you receive only the freshest product available, Rita’s Freshness Policy requires that the Italian Ice and Cream Ices be discarded if not sold within 36 hours of being made.
