Paul at First Watch in Brentwood took time to tell us about the local favorite. The business is a day-time café specializing in fresh food, with breakfast and lunch options. “First Watch” is a nautical phrase, as the first café was directly across from a naval base in California, the founder wanted to relate to the closest audience.
Mark showed us the Cherry-chicken Quinoa and this gluten free option (minus dressing) is amazing. Omelets, home-made pancakes, healthy options and more are waiting for you to enjoy at First Watch.
