The recently opened Nashville Olive Oil Company in Spring Hill offers over 40 different varieties of olive oil and balsamic vinegars.
We stopped by to speak with Spring Hill resident and owner Michelle Quimby who told us it was a store very similar to this one that inspired her to open this one in Spring Hill. See our video tour of the store below.
This locally owned store is not a franchise, the olive oil and balsamic vinegars are sourced from Vernoica Foods offering the freshest and highest quality. Quimby told us they will not sell any product that is older than 14 months old.
In addition to olive oil and balsamic vinegar, they have several local offerings of Olive and Sinclair chocolate bars and Bongo Java coffee beans.
For those looking to learn more about olive oil, they offer classes after hours or bring a group of friends to an after-hours event where you can learn more about pairings and cooking tips.
