Reese Witherspoon Lifestyle Store Opens

The moment you have been waiting for is here—Reese Witherspoon’s lifestyle store, Draper James, is now open. And if you haven’t visited the 12 South District in Nashville, there is no better time than now.

Draper James oozes Southern charm. The store has blue striped awning with shades of navy, light blue and white throughout the store.  And in keeping with the Southern tradition of ice tea, you will be offered a glass of ice tea when you enter the store says the Draper James website.

Everything in the store is for sale including the artwork!  Southern artists will be featured throughout the store along with those totes with  sayings like “Totes Y’all.”

Interior designer Mark D. Sikes, who decorated the shop and is also working on Reese’s own home in Nashville, gave the space an abundance of domestic and traditional touches: the cash wrap resembles a kitchen island with a marble counter top, complete with stools around the perimeter; several cozy and intimate seating areas beckon you to stay awhile; and the back entrance has the look and feel of a mud room, with a bench to sit on and hooks for stashing your coat.

Draper James is holding a VIP Grand Opening for select customers this week.  We will be there to capture the inside of the store and hopefully get an opportunity to meet Reese Witherspoon.  Keep checking back for more updates.
