Darius James put on a show for Fairview in its win over White House Heritage.
James scored four touchdowns, and scored them three different ways, leading the Yellow Jackets (1-1) to a 42-7 rout on Friday night.
After the Yellow Jackets forced a turnover on the opening kickoff, James had a one-yard rushing touchdown to help Fairview to a 7-0 lead.
Fairview quarterback Kam Harris-Lusk threw a 27-yard touchdown pass to James to put the Yellow Jackets up 14-0 with 3:37 left in the first quarter.
James then added a 60-yard punt return for a score in the second quarter.
David McNeil’s one-yard run made the margin 28-0 at half.
A fourth James TD put the Yellow Jackets up 35 in the second half.
Khristian Harris-Lusk added a rushing touchdown late.
Fairview hosts Stewart County next week.
