We had the opportunity to get a first look and taste of the new California Pizza Kitchen in the CoolSprings Galleria.

The new location will open October 9th showcases the brand’s updated, California-inspired look and menu of signature hand-tossed pizzas, fresh salads and premium entrees, as well as several creative new seasonal and permanent menu additions that spotlight fresh ingredients and global flavor inspirations. This is the brand’s second Nashville-area location, with the first located in Green Hill’s Hill Center.

Highlights of California Pizza Kitchen’s menu at Cool Springs include:

  • An array of signature hand-tossed artisan pizzas, including the iconic Original BBQ Chicken Pizza, Thai Chicken Pizza and more
  • New seasonal dishes, like the Spicy Chorizo Pizza with housemade guajillo pepper sauce, roasted poblanos, onions and quesadilla cheese, topped with fresh avocado and cilantro; Roasted Garlic Chicken served with hearth-roasted fingerling potatoes and cauliflower; and creamy Pumpkin Cheesecake.
  • The West Coast Burger (available in Nashville exclusively at CPK Cool Springs), with CPK’s signature blend of Wagyu, Chuck and Brisket, topped with melted American cheese, Nueske’s applewood smoked bacon, caramelized onions, tomato, pickles, lettuce and our housemade burger sauce.
  • Flavorful, better-for-you options, including the Shanghai Power Bowl with seared shrimp, black heirloom rice, baby broccoli, cauliflower, zucchini, carrots and watermelon radish, served warm with housemade Shanghai sauce; and our new Cauliflower Pizza Crust, a veggie-fueled alternative to traditional hand-tossed pizza dough and made with gluten-free ingredients, available as a substitute on any CPK pizza.
  • Shareable small plates, including the Sonoma Grilled Chicken Flatbread topped with marinated red grapes roasted in the hearth oven with grilled chicken, double cream Brie, caramelized onions, Parmesan and fresh arugula.
  • A full bar featuring hand-crafted cocktails like the Whiskey Cider Press, made with Maker’s Mark Bourbon, apple cider, lemonade, ginger ale and spiced tart cherries and the Tropical Mule, made with Grey Goose Vodka, RumHaven Coconut Rum, ginger beer, Monin Passion Fruit and agave sour served in a copper mug; served alongside premium beers and wine.
  • Lunch Duos, offering guests the opportunity to pair lunch-sized versions of a favorite pizza, pasta or sandwich and a soup or salad. Lunch Duos give guests a great value, with more than 80 made-to-order options to mix, match and enjoy.
