Chartwell Hospitality LLC, an integrated hotel operations and development company, announced today details of 1st and Main, a 40,000 square-foot mixed-use project located at the intersection of First Avenue South and Main Street in the historic district of downtown Franklin.
Currently under construction, the development will consist of approximately 5,200 square feet of Class-A retail space, 5,000 square feet of Class-A restaurant and outdoor patio space and up to 22,000 square feet of Class-A office space, all of which are now available for lease.

Crossfire Development LLC, which owns the property, will manage tenant leasing of the restaurant, office and retail spaces. With an expected completion date of July 2019, Crossfire Development is currently seeking high-quality tenants to join the thriving business scene in downtown Franklin.
