Neighbors, a bar and restaurant, will open in the Westhaven community by the end of the year.
Neighbors, owned by Jody Myers and former Tennessee Titans players Donnie Nickey and Zach Piller, opened in Sylvan Park in Nashville in 2011 to much success. Neighbors strives to be the place everyone wants to hang out, ala “Cheers.”
About opening a new location, Co-owner Myers told the Nashville Business Journal, “It’s a carefully planned growth. It won’t work anywhere. It won’t work downtown, it won’t work on Demonbreun…it takes a special neighborhood.”
Neighbors offers fare such as chicken wings, pulled pork, brisket and smoked chicken, straight off a smoker; starters such as nachos or a baked potato and salads.
Soon, Westhaven residents can enjoy a drink and a hearty meal with their neighbors at Neighbors!
Plans to open additional locations, including one in Hendersonville, are underway as well.
