Brentwood Academy quarterback Gavin Schoenwald threw three first-half touchdown passes, two to wide receiver Camron Johnson, as the Eagles rolled to a 29-0 win at Montgomery Bell Academy.

All points came in the first half, as the Eagles (8-0) kept their unblemished record intact.

Vanderbilt commitments Schoenwald and Johnson hooked up on touchdown passes of six and 20 yards, and Schoenwald found Michael Archie for another score just 1:28 into the game.

Daniel Taylor’s 69-yard punt return accounted for the other first-half touchdown. BA’s Johnson also had a 2-point conversion on a running play.

Brentwood Academy had a 242-78 yardage edge at halftime. Schoenwald was 11-of-13 for 121 yards and ran for 39 more by the break.
