Pasta & Cocktail Making Class at 1799 Kitchen & Cocktails | February 14 at 6:30 p.m. On Valentine’s Day, The Harpeth is offering a ticketed pasta and cocktail-making class led by Executive Chef Thomas Tuggle and a house mixologist. Attendees will mix up Franklin’s Valentine’s Day Fizz to sip on then learn how to make a ricotta gnocchi. The Harpeth’s Executive Chef Thomas Tuggle will be hosting an interactive dinner with experts on Caymus from the Wagner Family of Wine. Guests will be guided through the four-course dinner where each dish was prepared with a specific wine pairing in mind.
