Spring Hill best for list on movoto.com for the top 10 best Nashville suburbs for young couples. Movoto sited the affordable housing and lovely farmhouses with a nice selection of parks and shopping options. Nolensville, Thompson’s Station, Brentwood, and Fairview also made the top 10.

Some of the important criteria they used was Percentage of residents married, Median household income, Median home value, Total crimes per 100k, PlayScore rating, and High school graduation rate. For the list,  they sourced data from the U.S. Census, PlayScore.org, and AreaVibes.

Nolensville came in #2 due to its low population and the low cost of their Townhomes.

Thompson’s Station notched the 6th spot with its tiny town charm and low crime rate.

Brentwood snagged the number 7 slot with its affordable Townhouses and biking and hiking trails.

Fairview cracks the list at number 9 with a lot of young couples and affordable housing. They also offer a lot of local restaurants.
