Ravenwood High School Grants Wishes Through Dodgeball Tournament

This Saturday, Ravenwood High School will host the 5th annual Dodge for a Cause tournament. The dodgeball tournament will consist of a boys division and a girls division, and each team will be allowed to roster 6-10 players. All proceeds will go to help Ravenwood High School grant a wish for a child through the Make-A-Wish Foundation.

Last year, the Raptors raised $4,000!

Communications Director of Williamson County Schools, Carol Birdsong says their vision is to raise enough money to grant a wish for a child through the Foundation.

Make-a-Wish Logo“We have been privileged to have granted wishes for the past 4 years, which all included trips to Disney World for a family overwhelmed with a child having a life-threatening illness. It was very exciting!”

The event will begin at 10 a.m. in the RHS gym (1724 Wilson Pike, Brentwood) on Saturday, November 9th.
Please come out and support the Raptors and WCS on their way to granting wishes!

Admission is $3, and concessions will be sold, including lunch items and drinks.
