Plenty of Entertainment at This Year’s PumpkinFest

Fall is definitely in the air and frost is predicted on the pumpkin Saturday morning….Perfect for the 30th Annual PumpkinFest! It will be arts and crafts, costumes, chili, dancing, and music! Speaking of music and dancing, here is Saturday’s line-up:

According to Main Street Director, Nancy Williams, coming out early has it’s rewards: “You might want to come early Saturday. We are expecting about 20 guys from Delta Co. to be running through at about 9:30 in honor of the five fallen members from Franklin. The runners will be just back from Afghanistan.”

Now in its 30th year, the annual fall event is produced by the Heritage Foundation of Franklin & Williamson County and its division, the Downtown Franklin Association. Pumpkinfest is presented by Bank of America, the City of Franklin, Williamson Medical Center, Vanderbilt, Fox 17, Williamson A.M./The Tennessean, and Clear Channel Radio.
