Chef Colby Baker Hosts Healthy Juicing Workshop Nov 2

Healthy Chef Colby Baker will teach attendees about juicing on Nov 2nd at Stoney Creek Farm (4700 Coe Lane in Franklin). The workshop is from 11a-1p. The cost is $35, which covers the cost of organic fruits and vegetable for tasting.

“During this time we go over the difference between juicing and smoothies, healing foods and a demo of a juicer and blender. For each class I make 3 organic samples. To start we have a mint green lemonade, lemon ginger zinger and pineapple lime smoothie,” said Chef Colby.

To register for the class, call Leigh Funderburk at 615-591-0015 or e-mail [email protected].
