Puckett’s Boathouse is Opening Soon!

Puckett’s Boathouse is opening on June 4th and the anticipation is killing us. Andy Marshall and partners Jay and Marcia Franks are excited to bring a different type of eatery to the area while holding to the tradition of the property.

The venue will offer fresh fish, oysters and traditional southern favorites spanning a triangle from Memphis to New Orleans, Nashville and back known as the “Mojo Triangle.” These inspired dishes are bound to light up your appetite and put a smile on your face. “Featured items will include Low Tide Nachos with Shrimp and Crawfish Cheese Sauce, Boat House Shrimp Burger, White Fish Sandwiches, and Homemade Gumbo of the Day.  Burgers, Hot Chicken Sandwiches, Hand-Cut Fries and Onion Rings will also be included on The Boat House menu,” according to a press release.

The Boat House Bait Shop will offer kid-friendly sodas and shakes, fresh pies and banana pudding, scratch cookies and hot fudge brownie sundaes. J. T. Ward is moving over to the location as general manager and the Frank’s daughter, Bryana, will stay on as the bakery guru and assistant manager.

The Boathouse job fair was last week, but if your teenager just finished school and needs somewhere to go, so you can enjoy the summer, print them out an application here and send them over for an interview.
