Pei Wei in Franklin Has Closed

The fast-casual restaurant Pei Wei has closed in Franklin.

Located at 1560 McEwen Drive, Franklin the restaurant sat across the parking lot from Whole Foods. A sign was placed on the door announcing its closure.

Pei WeiAs of November 13, the Franklin location is permanently closed. They stated, “We will miss serving our fresh Asian cuisine to our many fans. We have loved being part of the community and wish you all the best.”

Pei Wei will still be operating its Brentwood location at 101 Creekside Crossing, Suite 1800.

Restaurant News reports Pei Wei was acquired by PWD Acquisition this past summer. PWD Acquisition is owned by Lorne Goldberg who owns and operates fast-casual Asian restaurant Pick Up Stix, Leeann Chin, and Mandarin Express.

Pei Wei was originally spun off from P. F. Chang’s however, Pei Wei went their separate way in 2017 and moved its headquarters to Irving, Texas.
