Virginia Ann Bowers’ life came to an end on Saturday, August 16, 2025, at the age of 7,4 at her residence in Franklin, Tennessee. Virginia was born on July 24, 1951, in Williamson County, Tennessee, to the parents of Josephine Marie Pointer Head and Robert Edward Head.
She leaves to cherish her loving memory children, devoted son, Thomas Maurice (Diana) Head and Tyreca Bowers; grandchildren, Tanika Head, Thamarius (Amanda) Head; step-grandchildren, LaShayla Petway, Kayla (Bobby) Hatton; great grandchildren, Roniqua Osborne, Taylor Head, Mason Head; 2 great grandchildren; sisters, Brenda Head, Mary (Johnny) Christmon and Carla Head; brothers, Thomas (Faye) Head, Arthur Mack (Vee) Menifee, James William Head, Robert (Linda) Head, Keith (Gail) Head and Tim Head; aunt, Lille Dickson; nieces, cousins and many friends devoted friend Lenetta Harrison.
Mrs. Bowers will lie in state on Friday, August 29, 2025, from 12 until 5 at the Funeral Home.
