When buyers are looking at home, a first impression is made quickly as they drive up to the home. In those 30 seconds, it can make the home buying experience a “make or break” situation.
A drab exterior can make a home buyer not take that first step into your home. There are easy low cost ways to make a great impression. Clean up the landscaping around the home. Cut back overgrown bushes and weed your landscaping. Add flowers to your walkway and front porch.
Small upgrades to the exterior of your home have big impacts. Replace your standard builder grade shutters with wooden ones. For added interest, replace the factory hardware with vintage hardware. It’s the small details that all add up to a big impact.
