Williamson County Schools continues using an electronic visitor check-in system for the 2026-27 school year. All visitors must bring a valid driver’s license or photo ID to enter any school building.
How the Visitor Kiosk Check-In Works
After arriving at the front office, visitors will approach the electronic kiosk and select “Visitors” to begin the process. A staff member will be available at each school office to assist anyone who needs help.
Step-by-Step Check-In Instructions
- Select “Check In” and take a photo, then select “Close.”
- Hold your driver’s license in front of the iPad’s rear camera and take a photo, then flip it over to scan the barcode.
- Select your destination and type the first name of the person you are there to see.
- Select “Check In” one final time to print your visitor badge.
