Family First Martial Arts Training Centers is expanding, offering their unique age specific martial arts instruction to the great city of Spring Hill, TN in August of 2015. Classes begin on August 17 on Mondays and Wednesdays at the Olympus Gym located at 125 Stephen P Yokich Pkwy, Spring Hill, TN 37174.

Sensei Larry will be heading up the initial growth of the Spring Hill Family First and will continue to be the Chief Instructor at both Family First branches.
Classes in Spring Hill will initially be focused on beginners and will later expand to intermediate and advanced. The class schedule will be as follows:
- Lil’ Dragons 4:00 to 4:30 Monday and Wednesday
- Basic Kids 5:00 to 5:45. Monday and Wednesday
Any belt level will be able to attend the new classes.
Students that live in the Thompson Station / Spring Hill area may want to transfer to the Spring Hill Family First. If you are interested in doing so please visit www.familyfirstspringhill.com and fill out the form at the bottom of the page or email Sensei Larry at [email protected] so we can get an accurate count of who wants to transfer.
Family First members may attend either school but will have to designate a home location. Class attendances at either location count toward your weekly attendance.
