Franklin police are asking for the public’s help in locating 45-year-old Kevin Jackson, who is wanted in connection with an unlawful photography case involving a minor. Jackson’s last known address is in Hendersonville, and a warrant has been issued for his arrest.
The investigation began on March 13, when officers responded to a report at the Target store on Galleria Boulevard. A 12-year-old girl and her mother told police they saw a man squatting near them, pointing his phone upward and tapping the screen as if taking photos.
The suspect was described as a Black male with a long black and gray beard. At the time of the incident, he was wearing a navy t-shirt, gray pants, and a red bandana. He was seen leaving the area in a dark gray or blue SUV.
Anyone with information about Kevin Jackson’s whereabouts is urged to contact the Franklin Police Department at (615) 794-2513. Anonymous tips can also be submitted to Crime Stoppers of Williamson County at (615) 794-4000. A reward of up to $1,000 is available for information that leads to an arrest.
