Brentwood Planning Commission April 7 Agenda

The Brentwood Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at their April 7th meeting regarding a proposed four story building on Carother’s Pkwy. The public hearing for revisions to the subdivision regulations has been delayed until the May 4th meeting.

On the consent agenda, which is multiple items to be passed in one vote, there is a revised final plat being added to the Hill Center Brentwood project, which is currently under construction at the southwest corner of the intersection of Maryland Way and Franklin Rd. This final plat will combine the three existing lots of the 17 acre project.

On the regular agenda, there is a proposal from Ragan and Smith Associates for a four story self-storage building on a currently vacant 2.29 acres at 1734 Carothers Pkwy on the east side close to the Shell and Holiday Inn.

Also on the regular agenda is a rezoning ordinance for about four acres of vacant property titled to Liberty Church of Christ. The city would like to change the zoning from SI-1 (service institutional religious) to R-2 (suburban residential).

The commission will meet Tuesday night at 7 p.m. in the Brentwood Municipal Center located at 5211 Maryland Way.
