A suspect was arrested after an ATM robbery at a bank on Aspen Grove Drive in Franklin on Thursday, while a second suspect remains on the run.
Police said following the robbery, the two suspects fled in a getaway vehicle that later crashed into a ditch along General George Patton Drive.
Marcel Beaver, 22, of Texarkana, Arkansas, was taken into custody by FPD officers just before 6:30 p.m.
Officers with the Franklin Police Department, Williamson County Sheriff’s Office and Brentwood Police Department are continuing to search for the second suspect.
