With temperatures in the high 60s, it was a warm, spring-like weekend for Dickens of a Christmas in Downtown Franklin, Tn. The annual event drew, what we project, will be record crowds and the warm weather didn’t dampen the holiday spirits as our Matthew Miller recorded during the event.
