Franklin Police are investigating after a woman was found deceased in a car at the Williamson Medical Center, according to information posted by the Franklin Police Department.
According to the post, a visitor contacted hospital security about the unresponsive woman in the driver’s seat at 1:20 this afternoon.
Responding paramedics pronounced the woman dead.
Franklin Police Detectives and the Medical Examiner’s Office are investigating. There are no immediate signs of foul play.
