Winter weather is causing a few closures and delays around town for January 30, 2019.
Williamson County Schools – Closed
Good morning Williamson County students, parents and staff. This is Carol Birdsong calling. A band of unexpected snow covered the northwest part of the county earlier this morning. It has caused hazardous travel conditions in parts of the county. There will be no school in Williamson County. Middle and high school bus routes already in progress will be returning students home. 12 month employees follow the snow day protocol.
School Aged Child Care will operate at snow day sites.

Franklin Special School District – Closed
The unexpected snow has created unsafe street conditions. Students who have already been picked up will continue to school at Freedom Inter, Freedom Middle and Poplar Grove where they will remain supervised in MAC until parents can make arrangements to pick them up.
