1. Brewfest

The 14th Annual Main Street Brewfest takes place on March 11th in downtown Franklin, featuring a first-rate lineup of local, national and international beers.

More than 35 different breweries will offer a selection of over 80 craft beers in and around Franklin’s famous Public Square. Attendees will “tap into history” as the Public Square on “America’s Favorite Main Street” plays host to nearly 40 different tasting locations. This year will also showcase six homebrewers from Franklin, Nashville, Murfreesboro and Clarksville, who will be bringing their best brews.

On March 11th, Westhaven is creating a whiskey wonderland to say goodbye to winter and welcome in the warmer weather. Cozy up with a few of your closest friends over a glass of whiskey, some great local food, and live music.The event runs from 6p-9p.

Learn about over 30 types of whiskey with tastings from some of the best in the country. Enjoy the samplings from George Dickel, Corsair Distillery, Whisper Creek, Pennington’s Rye and more.

The event will take place rain or shine under a tent at Westhaven.

Tickets include 15 whiskey samples. Food will be available for purchase from local food trucks. Your ticket purchase benefits the Westhaven Foundation, which provides grants, scholarships, and acts as a catalyst for raising much need funds for charities and organizations serving Westhaven and the surrounding communities.

3.2017 Country Music Cluster

This weekend, a dog show is coming to the Williamson County Ag Center.

Known as the 2017 Country Music Cluster, the Nashville Kennel Club and the Tullahoma Kennel Club host it each spring. It is four all-breed dog shows in four days.

Admission is free for the public. The show is a part of  Onofrio Dog Shows,

4. Home + Remodeling Show
March 10-12
Music City Center

Marketplace Events has announced Nashville as its newest destination for the 2017 Home + Remodeling Expo. Held at the Music City Center March 10-12, the show will feature celebrities, special guests and exhibitors discussing the latest trends in the home improvement category.

Troy Dean Shafer, from DIY Network’s Nashville Flipped, and Franklin twins Alana and Lex LeBlanc, from HGVT’s Listed Sisters, will appear at the show throughout the weekend.

Tickets are $10 for adults at the door and $8 if purchased in advance. Kids 12 and under get in for free.

Tag by Swag5. Tag by Swag

The high-end consignment event, Tag by Swag, is happening this weekend in the former Piggly Wiggly location in Franklin, 1022 Columbia Ave.  Friday hours are 9 am- 7 pm and Saturday hours are 8 am- noon. Tag by Swag began in 2015 and is  a “chic-onomic” way to purchase designer, authentic items that you will love for a much more affordable price.
