1. Eat the Street


WHAT: Eat the Street returns to Franklin on Friday, May 3. The annual food truck event will have over 30 food trucks with selections of bbq, tacos, ice cream, and more. The event will take place rain or shine. See more details here.

2. Mojos Taco Cinco de Mayo Celebration


WHAT: Mojo’s Tacos is celebrating their first anniversary with “Fiesta de Mayo” on Saturday and Sunday. In partnership with Mockingbird Theater, there will be live music, drink specials and giveaways. Find more information here.

3. 2Country4Nashville at Pancho’s Spring Hill  


WHAT: The local country duo, 2Country4Nashville will be performing at Pancho’s in Spring in celebration of Cinco de Mayo. Grab a drink and some friends as you don’t want to miss this rare hometown show.

4. Renaissance Festival


WHAT: It’s the first weekend in May which means the return of The Tennessee Renaissance Festival. Over 60 skilled Artisans from all over the country display their wares from silks to swords; from gems to jewels. You can find tastes of specialty foods and drinks greet the festival-goer. Take a listen to Renaissance musicians and merrymakers as they echo through the trees and so much more. Only cash is accepted for payment for food, rides, games, and souvenirs.

5. Goodguys Car Show

Good Guys Car Show

WHAT: Goodguys returns to Music City for three full days of southern-style hot roddin’ fun at the 14th Nashville Nationals Giant Car Show May 3-5 at Nissan Stadium in downtown Nashville! Gas up your hot rod and grab all your friends and family and head on over to see more than 2,500 of the finest 1987 & older hot rods, customs, muscle cars, trucks & classics in the country on display.

Plus, you won’t want to miss the pavement-pounding Goodguys AutoCross timed racing competition, the Music City Mayhem AutoCross competition, Nitro Thunderfest Dragster Exhibition, over 150 vendor exhibits, Swap Meet & Cars 4 Sale Corral, Live Music Entertainment featuring some of Nashville’s best local acts, special parking areas on Saturday, and a  FREE Kids Zone.
