1. Made South Holiday Market

MADE SOUTH

WHAT: Over 100 of the South’s finest makers and artisans will be present. Event attendees can shop and discover unique gifts for everyone on their list, and will enjoy food samples from local and regional chefs, cocktails and craft beer, and live music.

Friday’s Holiday Market is a 21+ VIP Party experience. It will be held from 5:00 pm-9:00 pm, and includes early shopping access to over 100 of the South’s finest artisans; two drink tickets for Eli Mason cocktails or craft beer from Flat Hat; live music; and a VIP wristband for free admission to Saturday’s market. Special food tastings from local and regional chefs and restaurants, including Alex Belew of Dallas & Jane in Murfreesboro; Shane Nasby of Honeyfire Barbeque Co. in Nashville; Nick Guidry of Pelican & Pig in Nashville; and Audra Guidry of Pelican & Pig in Nashville are also part of the VIP Party experience.

Then come on over to Goat Yoga Nashville for a fun-filled yoga class filled with little baby goats dressed in your favorite football jerseys while they hop/jump about and maybe even hop on you!! 3. Wine & Design Glow Paint & Sip Party

WHAT: Get Your Art Buzz On at Wine & Design (Spring Hill) for their Glow Paint & Sip party featuring sounds by DJ Chill! No artistic talent needed, just the desire to have fun! There are 3 painting choices from which to choose: 1) Blacklight lady, 2) Blacklight man, 3) Blacklight Jellyfish. Canvases will be pre-sketched. You will be able to choose your own colors as you create your very own take-home masterpiece. Limited guidance will be provided. This class is BYOB – bring your favorite wine/beer/non-alcoholic beverages and snack (no popcorn, no nuts, no sprinkles on cakes/cupcakes, and no crockpots). This is an adult painting party and recommended for ages 16 and up! Must be 21 and older to consume alcoholic beverages! Arrive at least 15 minutes early to check-in and get seated.

4. The Second City: Greatest Hits, Vol. 59

5. Zoolumination at Nashville Zoo

WHAT: See Nashville Zoo in a whole new light this winter at Zoolumination: Chinese Festival of Lights from November 15 until February 2. This massive event will be the largest lantern show in the country spanning more than 60 acres and featuring more than 500 custom-designed lanterns, a life-size holiday village, entertainment and specialty food options, along with the ability to see some of the Zoo’s live animals up close in award-winning exhibits.
