1. Laura’s Custom Cookies at Sugar Drop

WHAT: Laura of Laura’s Custom Cookies for a kids beginner cookie class. This class is appropriate for kids 8 and older who are comfortable in the kitchen. They will learn how to work with royal icing to design a set of six winter inspired cookies. All supplies are included for this event. Register for the event here.

2. Tony Fisher at Puckett’s Columbia

WHAT: Fisher came to Nashville as a songwriter but ended up recording some of his own music which landed him at #20 on the Independent Country charts. Since then, he’s recorded two albums and soon to release a third.  Fisher has one song cut by Christian artist, David Phelps and continues to write and perform often.

There’s no cover for the event, reservations are recommended.

3. Madame Tussauds Nashville

 

WHAT: If you have been waiting to visit the Madame Tussauds Nashville exhibit, now is the time to go. The only musically themed wax museum has a special offer now for Tennessee residents where admission is just $10 with a valid Tennessee ID. That’s less than the price of a movie.

4. Get Fit Bootcamp at Mill Creek Brewing

WHAT: Mill Creek Brewing is teaming up with Get Fit On The Go Fitness to bring you a high energy bootcamp every first Friday of the month starting January 4.

This hour-long high-intensity group exercise will get the blood pumpin’, muscles burnin’, and taste buds thirstin’ for a recovery beer.  Class begins at 7 p. Fee is $10 with a complimentary pint.
