The Williamson County Association of Realtors (WCAR) has released the monthly stats for May 2019.
Highlights:
- The median sales price of Williamson County residential homes is $554,950
- Days on the Market (DOM) for residential homes is 32.
- Top three cities with the highest median sales price for single-family homes are: Arrington, ($925,000), College Grove ($872,000) and Brentwood ($680,000)
Franklin saw the highest number of closings in May with 251, followed by Brentwood with 91 and Nolensville with 58.
