The Williamson County Association of Realtors (WCAR) has released the monthly stats for June.
Highlights:
- The median sales price of Williamson County residential single family homes rose slightly to $507,916. This is compared to last month’s median sales price of $499,950.
- Days on the Market (DOM) for single family homes stayed steady at 30, from May’s 32.
- May’s single-family residential home inventory rose slightly to 1,475 units, from 1,417 in May.
- Top three highest cities for median sales price are: Brentwood ($805,000), College Grove ($699,330) and Arrington ($661,100).
