The Williamson County Association of Realtors (WCAR) has released the monthly stats for June 2019.
Highlights:
- The median sales price of Williamson County residential homes is $543,982
- Days on the Market (DOM) for residential homes is 32.
- Top three cities with the highest median sales price for single-family homes are: Brentwood ($735,000), Arrington, ($695,000) and College Grove ($690,000).
Franklin saw the highest number of closings in June with 257, followed by Brentwood with 82 and Spring Hill with 80.
