The Williamson County Association of Realtors (WCAR) has released the monthly stats for July.
Highlights:
- The median sales price of Williamson County residential single family homes is slightly lower at $482,00. This is compared to last month’s median sales price of $507,916.
- Days on the Market (DOM) for single family homes stays steady at 30.
- July’s single-family residential home inventory rose slightly to 1,508 units, an increase from June’s 1,475 units.
- Top three highest cities for median sales price are: Brentwood ($757,500), Arrington ($687,450), and College Grove ($629,712).
Franklin saw the highest number of closings in July with 222, followed by Brentwood with 99 and Spring Hill with 94. Here’s a snapshot of the real estate market in Williamson County for July.
