Sketchbook Journaling is a method of recording your ideas, inspirations, thoughts and memories using pens, pencil, water color, collage, photo transfer and more. Join the class on Thursday night from September 4-25 at 9:30 A.M. to 11:30. The entire course is $50, plus a $10 fee for supplies paid to the instructor.

Is portrait drawing more your style? Then learn a few tricks using visual learning aids and hands-on instructor help from Sketch Bourque, an experienced portrait artist. Class meets Tuesdays, September 4-25 from 12:30 P.M. to 2:30 P.M.. at the Franklin Recreation Complex. The course is only $65.
Also presented from September 4-25 on Tuesdays from 6 P.M. to 8 is a four-week class on Dichroic Glass Jewelry. This beginner’s class is to teach you how to make two stained glass jewelry pendants as you learn safety, glass cutting and kiln firing.
Fee for instruction is $70, with a $15 supply fee to the instructor, Darlene Walz.
