logoslide2Take the Reins
Our mission is to bring a joy and a sense of accomplishment to young people with special life challenges through therapeutic equine riding with the guidance of Christ. The children in our program learn to groom, tack and ride the horses. They gain confidence through working with the horses and they also develop ownership of their riding skills as they progress. Our goal is to provide a safe place for children to learn and grow in their riding and life skills. Through the love and power of Jesus, therapeutic riding can provide physical, emotionally and spiritual healing. What is done here at Take The Reins, has the ability to change the lives of these children and families forever.

Vox Grata Women’s Choir
Vox Grata is a women’s choir comprised of joyful women who, out of gratitude for the fullness of their own lives, possess a desire to sing together for the benefit of others. The group performs repertoire that expresses a uniquely feminine spirit, especially works that promote the best interests of women in society. Concert programs are carefully planned to heighten audience awareness of particular social justice issues affecting women in the Middle Tennessee region. While the concerts are free to the public, a non-profit beneficiary is chosen to receive 100% of an offering taken at each major concert. Programming is geared towards musical works that address the specific problems and needs of the chosen beneficiary organizations.
