The unemployment numbers from February show that Williamson County, at 4.3%, has the lowest unemployment rate in TN. This percentage is down from 4.8% in January.
Two other counties come in under 5%:
Davidson County at 4,8%, down from 5.4% & Rutherford County at 4.9%, down from 5.5%.
From January of this year, nationwide unemployment has fallen from 5.7% to 5.5% and statewide unemployment from from 6.7% to 6.6%.
