Williamson County will soon have its first legal spirits in over 100 years available to the public. H Clark Distillery is launching its two un-aged spirits at A Vintage Affair on April 17th, 2015.
The first two bottles of legal spirits produced in Williamson County in over 100 years will be donated for auction at the A Vintage Affair, “Main Event” which includes one bottle of H Clark Distillery’s Tennessee Dry Gin and one bottle of H Clark Distillery’s New Whiskey.
In addition, you may also bid on “The Barrel Experience,” which is an immersion in crafting H Clark Distillery’s Tennessee Bourbon. The winner of the auction will come to H Clark Distillery and help create a unique bourbon by hand-selecting the grains, and helping prepare, ferment, and distill the bourbon beer unique to H Clark Distillery. When that barrel of bourbon is mature and ready to enjoy (2-5 years), the auction winner will receive a case out of the barrel.
On Saturday, April 18th, Tennessee Dry Gin and New Whiskey will be available at H Clark Distillery, as well as select local restaurants and spirits retailers in Williamson County. The Tennessee Bourbon and Rye Whiskey is currently aging, and will be available upon maturation, as H Clark Distillery hand produces and distills all its whiskies.
